LSC Contract & Lexcel Accreditation Timescales Agreed
To comply with the LSC's
requirements, you must submit your Lexcel application form to the Lexcel
Office before you submit your tender paperwork, the deadline for
which is 3rd October 2011. However, you can be assessed up until
the end of February next year, therefore, allowing enough time to
review your current compliance, implement any changes that may be
required to meet the Lexcel Standard and allow for these changes to
settle into place in your firm before being
assessed.

Please note that the Lexcel application
and assessment requirements remain the same; it is
simply the timescales that are shorter in certain aspects of
the process which have to be implemented to ensure compliance with
the LSC's timescales.
