Lexcel Version 4.1
Lexcel v4.1 is has been launched in August 2010 and can
now be applied for by law firms and in-house legal departments
internationally. The standard has been revised to maximise
consistency and incorporate new essential requirements while
remaining relevant to all legal practices.
Due to the limited nature of the
changes and anticipated revisions next year, the Lexcel Office have
confirmed that for those practices already accredited, compliance
with v4.1 of the standard will be optional.
Any new practices submitting applications after 1 January 2011
must be compliant with v4.1.

supporting materials to help practices highlight the changes and
migrate to the new standard and these can be found below:
