Lexcel v5 Update
The Law Society has confirmed that the latest version
of the Lexcel Standard, v5, is to be launched at the end of
October 2011 as planned.
The new Standard is yet to be published but as soon as it
is we will make it available to you - keep checking our website for
updates.
Assessment against the new Standard will be optional for
all assessments from 1st January 2012 to 30th June 2012.
From 1st July 2012 the new Standard will become
mandatory, even for accredited firms!
