Free Law Society Lexcel event sponsored by Assessment North East
View scheduled dates
The main focus of the event is to demonstrate the benefit firms
can receive from becoming Lexcel accredited. In a changing
regulatory environment firms must now demonstrate regulatory
compliance with Outcomes Focused Regulation. Lexcel accreditation
will help to achieve this and will enable firms to manage other
business risks. In an increasingly competitive marketplace,
Lexcel accreditation provides a structured framework to help
maximise efficiency, reduce costs and improve client care. It will
assist with contract tendering, panel membership and PII
renewals. Lexcel is a practice management standard developed
by The Law Society specifically for the legal sector; it is only
awarded to firms and in-house legal departments that meet the
highest management and customer care standards.
