ANE has been closely involved with the Law Society on the early development of Lexcel. Set up in 1994 as a not-for-profit organisation, it has become a provider of choice for organisational development tools involving people.
ANE’s aim is to provide a professional, flexible and value adding service for organisations using Lexcel as a framework for improvement. ANE provides a competitive service including advice, consultancy and assessment on a national basis. Lexcel assessment can also be combined with assessment against Investors in People or ISO 9001 helping to reduce the cost and disruption of the assessment process.
ANE is one of England’s Regional Quality Centres and manages the register of approved practitioners for Lexcel and Investors in People consultants and assessors.
